This course will discuss the wide variety of uses of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in disaster response, recovery, preparedness, and mitigation. The course will also discuss the various types of UAS, as well as the current regulations on UAS use and what the steps are to become authorized to use UAS.

First responders, as well as city, county, and state emergency management government officials.
