National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC) Associate Director for Course Development and Delivery, Mr James Burke, informs Manoa Valley community members of the threats
and hazards facing their neighborhood at a State and City District Elected Officials Community Meeting Tuesday evening 10 December 2013. In addition to the courses provided by NDPTC, these local engagements are part of a grass-roots engagement strategy designed to build disaster resiliency from the bottom.
