Ray Tsuchiyama has been named deputy director of the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center

Ray Tsuchiyama has been named deputy director of the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC), a research and training center at the College of Social Sciences in the UH Mānoa Department of Urban and Regional Planning.  He will oversee strategic mission and operations for the center, and reports to NDPTC’s executive director Karl Kim, PhD.
