On October 27 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, the CEE 691 Graduate Seminar will be hosting a lecture by Dr. Karl Kim, titled Planning, Transportation, Disasters and the Pandemic: Opportunities for Research and Resilience. Dr. Karl Kim is Professor of Urban and Regional Planning and Director of the Graduate Program in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance. He is also director of the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center(ndptc.hawaii.edu)
