Red Hill Water Contamination

NDPTC worked with the University of Hawaii's Red Hill Task Force
On November 20, 2021, another jet fuel leak at the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility contaminated the Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam water system, which supplies about 10,000 civilian and military households and schools. The University of Hawaiʻi Red Hill Task Force was formed in December 2021 and was coordinated through the Water Resources Research Center. NDPTC worked with the Red Hill Task Force to create a Red Hill Information Hub, which can be found at https://redhill.hawaii.edu/
