Maui Water and Soil Sampling Research Activity

NDPTC is working with UH Water Resource Research Center (WRRC) and West Maui Ridge to Reef Initiative
Since the August 8, 2023 Lahaina wildfire, many researchers have been collecting data on water quality and soil sampling. NDPTC is working with the West Maui Ridge to Reef Initiative to establish a portal to compile all the research being done on Maui. This mapping application shows the locations of various water and soil sampling efforts currently being conducted throughout Maui.
